Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between [Company Name], located at [Company Address], Company ID: [ID], VAT ID: [VAT ID], registered in the Commercial Register of [City], section [Section], file [File] (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") in connection with the purchase agreement concluded through the online store [E-shop Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "E-shop").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of the agreement is the sale of electronics and subscriptions through the E-shop. The Buyer has the option to purchase electronic devices and subscription services listed on the Seller's website.

3. Order

3.1 The Buyer can order goods or services through the order form available on the E-shop website. 3.2 The order becomes binding upon its confirmation by the Seller via email. 3.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse the order if the goods are out of stock or for other reasons.

4. Price and Payment Terms

4.1 The price of goods and services is listed on the E-shop website. The price is final and includes all taxes and fees. 4.2 The Buyer can pay for the order using the payment methods listed on the E-shop website. 4.3 Payment is considered made at the moment the full amount is credited to the Seller's account.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1 The Seller will ensure the delivery of goods to the Buyer at the address specified in the order. 5.2 The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods and is indicated for each product on the E-shop website. 5.3 The costs of delivering the goods are listed on the E-shop website and are paid by the Buyer along with the price of the goods.

6. Withdrawal from the Agreement

6.1 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. 6.2 The Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the agreement via email or by mail. 6.3 The goods must be returned undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. 6.4 The Buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

7. Complaints

7.1 If the goods are defective, the Buyer has the right to make a complaint. 7.2 Complaints can be made via email or by mail to the Seller's address. 7.3 The Seller will resolve the complaint within 30 days from the day it is made.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1 The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations on personal data protection. 8.2 The Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of processing the order and providing services.

9. Final Provisions

9.1 These terms and conditions take effect on the day they are published on the E-shop website. 9.2 The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the day they are published on the E-shop website. 9.3 Legal relationships not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.

Terms and Conditions for Subscription Complaints

1. General Provisions

These complaint conditions govern the procedures and rights of the Buyer and the Seller in the event of a complaint regarding a subscription purchased through the online store [E-shop Name] (hereinafter referred to as the "E-shop").

2. Right to Complain

2.1 The Buyer has the right to complain about the subscription if the purchased services are not provided in accordance with the contract or advertised features. 2.2 Complaints can be made during the entire duration of the subscription.

3. Filing a Complaint

3.1 The Buyer is required to file a complaint in writing via email or by mail to the Seller's address. 3.2 The complaint must include:

  • The Buyer's full name
  • Contact information (email, phone number)
  • Order number
  • Description of the problem or reason for the complaint
  • Date of subscription purchase

4. Complaint Procedure

4.1 Upon receiving the complaint, the Seller will confirm receipt to the Buyer via email. 4.2 The Seller will resolve the complaint within 30 days from the date of its receipt. 4.3 In the case of a valid complaint, the Seller will provide the Buyer with a replacement service, a discount on the subscription price, or another reasonable solution. If the subscription is canceled, the Seller will refund the Buyer for the unused portion of the subscription calculated from the date the complaint was reported. The previous subscription period, which was used, will not be refunded.

5. Handling Complaints

5.1 The Seller will assess the complaint and inform the Buyer of the outcome via email. 5.2 If the complaint is valid, the Seller will promptly ensure a remedy in accordance with legal regulations and these complaint conditions. 5.3 If the complaint is invalid, the Seller will inform the Buyer of the reasons for rejecting the complaint.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1 The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations on personal data protection. 6.2 Personal data provided by the Buyer during the complaint process are processed solely for the purpose of handling the complaint.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 These complaint conditions take effect on the day they are published on the E-shop website. 7.2 The Seller reserves the right to change these complaint conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the day they are published on the E-shop website. 7.3 Legal relationships not regulated by these complaint conditions are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
